Classic Remington Model 552 Speedmaster semi-automatic rimfire rifle, presented in working mechanical condition and representing one of Remington’s most recognizable traditional .22 sporting rifles.

The Model 552 Speedmaster is known for its tubular-magazine semi-automatic design, traditional walnut-stock styling, and ability—depending on configuration—to chamber .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle ammunition.

This example is represented as being in working condition. Cosmetic wear consistent with age and previous use should be expected, including possible handling marks, thinning finish, stock wear, scratches, or other signs of field use.

The Model 552 has remained popular with collectors and rimfire enthusiasts because of its classic American sporting-rifle appearance, reliable design, and long production history.

Exact production date, barrel length, model variation, stock style, and cosmetic condition should be verified before assigning a final collector grade. Early-production rifles and Deluxe/BDL variants can command a meaningful premium compared with ordinary field-grade examples.
