Excellent-condition O.F. Mossberg & Sons Model 185K-A bolt-action shotgun chambered in 20 gauge, featuring a traditional wood stock, 26-inch barrel, detachable magazine system, and distinctive C-Lect adjustable choke.

The Model 185K-A represents a classic period of American sporting-shotgun production when bolt-action shotguns offered hunters an affordable, practical alternative to pumps and semi-automatics.

Chambered in 20 gauge with a 2¾-inch chamber, the 185K-A uses a manually operated bolt action and detachable magazine. The 26-inch barrel provides traditional field-gun proportions, while Mossberg's adjustable C-Lect chokeallows the choke setting to be varied without changing barrels or removable choke tubes.

This example is presented in excellent overall condition, making it substantially more desirable than the average surviving 185K-A. Vintage bolt-action shotguns frequently show significant wood wear, finish loss, missing magazines, or damaged choke assemblies, so a clean, complete and properly functioning example deserves a meaningful condition premium.

The shotgun retains the distinctive vintage styling and utilitarian design that has made older Mossberg sporting arms increasingly interesting to collectors and enthusiasts of classic American firearms.
