Offered for sale is a highly collectible Winchester Model 94 Golden Spike Centennial lever-action rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester. Manufactured in 1969, this special-edition rifle commemorates the 100th anniversary of the completion of the First Transcontinental Railroad and the driving of the ceremonial Golden Spike at Promontory Summit, Utah, in 1869.

This commemorative Winchester is presented in excellent, like-new condition. The distinctive gold-colored receiver retains a bright and attractive appearance, with its special factory engraving remaining sharp and clearly defined. The receiver features the commemorative Golden Spike design and the dates “1869–1969,” while additional railroad-themed markings distinguish this rifle from standard-production Winchester Model 94 carbines.

The rifle is configured as a classic saddle-ring carbine and features a 20-inch blued barrel, tubular magazine, traditional lever action, factory iron sights, and walnut stock and forearm. A commemorative medallion is inset into the buttstock, completing the rifle’s attractive presentation.

The blued components remain exceptionally clean, and the walnut furniture retains an excellent factory appearance with little evidence of handling or use. The stock and forearm are free from major cracks, chips, gouges, or repairs. The action operates smoothly, the bore is clean, and the rifle remains an outstanding example of one of Winchester’s best-known commemorative Model 94 variations.
